Drain Backup at Banquet Hall in South Philadelphia

A banquet hall ranging in 3,500sq. ft. in South Philadelphia had a drain backup overnight in their building.  It affected 80% of the building and needed emergency services immediately.  The customer wanted the room back in working order because there was a wedding planned for the next day at their venue.  SERVPRO of South Philadelphia went down and began extracting the water from the banquet room and dance floor area.  The water affected the carpet, the padding, and it also got to the drywall as it was seen seeping down.  The carpet and padding had to be removed because of some areas it was saturated.  Our customer was happy that we were able to get the job done quickly so they can get back to a venue with working order.
